Usui Reiki Level 1 is for you if you feel guided to learn more about energy, the ways we are connected to one another and the universe, interested ways to heal yourself as well as others, or eventually become a Reiki Practitioner.



Reiki Level 1 includes:


  • Usui Reiki Level 1 Course Attunement – You will be attuned to the Usui Reiki Level 1, Usui Reiki First Degree energy – you will be able to give & receive Reiki energy to yourself and others.
  • You will be given an introduction to Usui Reiki
  • You will learn the history of Usui Reiki
  • You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating yourself
  • You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating others
  • You will learn Japanese Reiki techniques as taught by Dr.Usui.
  • Byosen Scanning – enables you to detect where Reiki is needed
  • You will receive a Level 1 Manual.
  • You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate upon successful completion of this course.



This training will be offered in person or virtually. Total course hours: 6 hours.
